1.1 The Software provides a maximum of 3000 minutes of cold calling usage per calendar month. Usage beyond this limit may result in additional charges.
1.2 You are responsible for monitoring your usage and ensuring it does not exceed the allocated 3000 minutes per month.
2.1 The Software operates on a month-to-month billing cycle, with no lock-in contract. You will be billed on a monthly basis for your usage.
2.2 If you do not cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle, you will be automatically billed for the upcoming month.
2.3 We do not offer refunds for the new month's charges if you fail to cancel your subscription before the billing date.
3.1. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time before the billing date.
3.2. If you cancel your subscription before the billing date, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. However, no refunds will be provided for any remaining days or weeks of the current billing cycle, and there will be no pro-rata refunds.
4.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Software at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
4.2. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Software and any remaining credits or usage within your account will be forfeited.
5.1. By using the Software, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. You can review our Privacy Policy separately.
6.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you by email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
